ENFJ?

For one of my summer classes, I had to take the Keirsey Tempermant Sorter Personality Test. There are a series of 70 questions that you answer and then add your scores according to whether you picked an "a" or "b" answer. A little more calculation and then you are shown your tempermance and intellegent types. Apparently, I am an ENFJ which means that I am mentor or teacher. (Maybe I should go back into teaching?) Anyway, I am considered an "idealist" which is considered my temperament. Here is what Keirsey says about them...

"Idealists are introspective and cooperative. Healers, Counselors, Champions and Teachers are the role variants contained within this category. Idealists seek meaning and significance and are concerned with finding their own unique identity. Their greatest strength is diplomatic intelligence. They excel at clarifying, unifying, individualizing, and inspiring."

My role is a mentor..."Mentors are introspective, cooperative, and directive. Counselors and Teachers are the two role variants of the directive Idealists."
Doesn't sound so bad, 'eh? :)

Just thought I would share. Guess I will be calling myself an ENFJ from now on. Maybe these personality tests are right. Hmmmm.....
